Methodology
Led by Expert Psychologist Yasemin KAYA, we apply Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, EMDR, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Mindfulness within an integrative framework tailored to each client. We do not impose a single school: exposure-based CBT works best for anxiety/phobias; Schema Therapy for chronic relational patterns; EMDR for trauma. Sessions are 50 minutes — weekly to start, biweekly later. Progress is tracked objectively with standardized scales (Beck Depression Inventory, Beck Anxiety Inventory, PCL-5).
Who Is It For?

- Adolescents (14+): Test anxiety, identity exploration, peer relations, digital addiction, family conflict.
- Corporate employees & managers: Work stress, decision fatigue, leadership anxiety.
- Turkish expats: Cross-cultural adaptation; therapy in native language.

Prerequisites & expectations
The only requirements: committing to a weekly 50-minute window and access to a quiet, private space (for online sessions). No prior tests are needed. If you have a history of psychiatric treatment or current medication, sharing this helps structure the process. For adolescents, parental consent and a brief family meeting in the first session are required.
