Methodology

We combine the Holland Vocational Interest Inventory, MBTI, strengths-based analysis (CliftonStrengths-style) and a goal-oriented coaching framework — with a strategic view on how to position your skills in the age of AI.

Who Is It For?

  • High school seniors & their families: Choosing a major after YKS.
  • University students: Considering a major change, double-major or minor.
  • New graduates: First job, sector selection, clarifying career goals.
  • Career switchers: Professionals aged 28-45 changing sector or role.
  • Mid-to-senior managers: In need of executive coaching, stuck at the leadership band.
  • International career planners: Grad school, post-doc, overseas job applications.

What you’ll gain

  • Decision clarity: Moving from "I don't know" to "I am moving in X direction."
  • Practical tools: A non-cookie-cutter CV and LinkedIn profile that actually win interviews.
  • Negotiation skill: Average 15-30% higher starting offers.
  • Long-term strategic view: A 15-year — not 5-year — career map.
  • AI-resilient portfolio: Skill diversification against automation risk.
  • Family balance: Healthy resolution of the family pressure vs. student preference tension in high school choices.

Why us?

  • A wrong major costs 4 years; a wrong career switch costs 1-2 years of salary: A few well-structured sessions can change a decade-long trajectory.
  • Unique two-person expertise: Career decisions have two layers — psychological (indecision, anxiety, family pressure) and strategic (sector, skills, AI impact). Psk. Yasemin KAYA covers the psychological; Şükrü Yusuf KAYA (AI/Software) covers the strategic.
  • AI-era positioning: One of the only career consultancies that understands which skills are augmented rather than automated by AI.
  • Scientific inventories: Professional interpretation of Holland Vocational Inventory, MBTI and CliftonStrengths-style assessments.
  • Beyond talk — execution: CV rewrites, LinkedIn profile, interview rehearsals, negotiation playbooks — concrete tools.
